Slint - SPIDERLAND (2023 Reissue) LP

Slint’s Spiderland is one of the defining records of the early ’90s underground, blending tense, angular guitar work with quiet passages, explosive dynamics, and Brian McMahan’s restrained, often spoken vocal delivery. Originally released in 1991, the album became hugely influential on what would later be called post-rock, despite sounding unlike much of what followed it. This 2023 reissue presents the original six track album, including “Breadcrumb Trail,” “Washer,” and the climactic “Good Morning, Captain.”
